CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ONLINE STORE CAKES
Please note that if you do need to cancel an online order, a 25% administration fee will be deducted from your total order cost. Cancellations will only be accepted more than 48 hours from the requested pick up or delivery date. Any cancellations requested within 48 hours of the pick up or delivery date will forfeit the full booking amount.
Please note that any changes requested to your online order within 48 hours of the cake being collected or delivered, will be honoured only subject to availability. If there are any major changes to the design requested, there may be additional design fees or a redesign fee. Fees are charged based on staff discretion. We will always do our best to accomodate your requests. Redesign fees are based on the size of your cake and the changes requested to the design.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CUSTOM CELEBRATION & WEDDING CAKES
For all custom cakes booked in via invoice; any and all cancellations will result in the loss of your non-refundable deposit. All cancellations and changes must be in writing. If your booking is cancelled within 7 days of your pick up or delivery date, the full amount of your booking will be forfeited.
We do understand that things happen; if you need to move your order date, you will need to notify us in writing, and the new date is subject to availability.
We want you to be 100% happy with your bakes by her order! However, refunds that are requested due to dissatisfaction of design, colour shade or general decoration will not be honoured. If you are unsatisfied with the flavour quality of your cake and request a refund, this will be assessed at the discretion of our staff. In these circumstances, the cake must be returned. We are strictly unable to refund for a cake or product that has been consumed.
